At Luna & Sol Publishing, Inc., we’re committed to ensuring that every book, gift, and magical moment you order arrives safe and sound. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may be delayed. Any changes will be communicated on our website or via email.
- Custom or pre-order items may have different processing times, clearly noted on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional events. These offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also log in to your Luna & Sol account to view tracking status at any time.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Returned packages due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@lunasolbooks.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will guide you through the next steps. Claims may require photographic evidence.
7. Amazon Orders Disclaimer
If you placed your order through Amazon, all order support, tracking, returns, and delivery inquiries must be handled directly through your Amazon account. Luna & Sol Publishing does not have access to Amazon order management systems and is unable to assist with Amazon-related logistics.
8. Force Majeure / Acts of God
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, labor strikes, postal or carrier interruptions, government actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, war, or other force majeure events. If any such event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and resume fulfillment as soon as possible.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Luna & Sol Publishing ships only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
