🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luna & Sol Publishing, Inc., we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your eligible item, we offer a 30-day return window for most physical products. Please review the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

• Digital downloads or eBooks
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographs or further information to process your claim. We’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at admin@lunasolbooks.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
• We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Amazon Orders

If your item was purchased via Amazon, please initiate all return and refund requests through your Amazon account. Luna & Sol Publishing is not able to process returns or refunds for Amazon orders directly.
