Luna & Sol Publishing, Inc. is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c).
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must provide a written notification to our Designated Agent that includes the information specified below.
DMCA Notification Requirements
To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or to which access is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
